Hi guys im new to Vivid Wireless and would like to know when my modem is going to be sent to me (I signed up and paid today) and why my account appears closed

To get a precise answer you're going to need to give someone at vividwireless a call, as I don't have access to this sort of information. Their number is 1300 32 78 37.
