cancelling contract

Hi, I get an invoice ( 79$) but i can not use my modem anymore because it is broken and i don't want get another one. I called 2 weeks ago for quit your service and yesterday i got this invoice. So please can you stop the automatic transfert and refund me my money. My account ID is = 117****

You will be best to speak with someone in Vividwireless Accounts.

1300 32 78 37 - select Accounts option.

Unfortunately you cannot cancel your account online.
Can you have someone who can assist you with the phone call.

And what is going on about the refund ?

Once again, all your enquiries need to be directed to whom you spoke with today with regards to your debit card and refund.

You need to call vividwireless: 1300 32 78 37 -- select Accounts option

You need to speak to an accounts person. Not possible to cancel via any other method.
