change the bill account

i need to go back to China, and i want to give the vivdwireless to my friend, how can i change the account to pay the bill?

Perth Customers (local time):
Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 8am to 8pm.

Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney Customers (local time):
Monday to Friday 9am-10pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays from 9am-9pm.

As far as I know, that is the only way you can transfer the modem into your name is by calling Vividwireless Accounts - 1300 32 78 37. You would not be transferring the account, only the modem from your friends name into yours.

They will need to check to see there are no outstanding monies owing on your friends account, and most likely other things to check.
