Double charged

Hi,

I will make bullet points to make this easier.

- wawreckers@hotmail.com - Called up to deactivate in December 2012, still being billed thinking it was my other account being billed and paid for.
- ke-wi@iinet.net.au - Currently suspended as I thought this account was billed for via direct debit/credit card.
- wawreckers@hotmail.com - Been billed monthly for the 10gb download. Device has been out of power since December 2012 so not active at all.
- ke-wi@iinet.net.au - Has home gateway, phone and hotspot sitting there doing nothing.

I just want you guys to credit the ke-wi@iinet.net.au account for the last 4 months you guys have been billing me on my wawreckers@hotmail.com account.

If you check your records, that wawreckers device hasn't connected to anything for the last 4 months and doesn't download at all as it is in a shed.

My work demands me to make international calls so it is urgent i get this service back up. My work card has a limit so I need this sorted out asap.

Mapheox, you will need to call vividwireless Accounts to get this sorted.

The number is 1300 32 78 37.

After speaking to them directly, if you are then unable to get it sorted, try emailing me (stephen.frost@frostbyte.com.au) with your contact details and a link back to this thread and I will see what I can do to help.
