Late Payment of Account

My service was suspended last night as there was nothing in my bank account. This morning there is but I'm not getting that "change bank details" window and I'd like to pay my account.
Any clues ?

Hi Tony, best to call vivid ... the number for tech support is 1300 32 78 37 and they should be able to either help you directly or transfer you to Accounts.

Once again I'm unable to pay on time. I'm on sickness benefits and find it hard to pay accounts on time. What stuns me is vividwireless and their tight attitude when you ask for a week's extension. Times are tough, most service providers are quite happy to arrange extensions but VividWireless behave as if I was asking for a King's ransom.
They ask why we need an extension which no one else does and they won't connect you to the accounts people, they simply put a request in and you keep your fingers crossed. It wasn't until I threatened to walk that they took me more seriously. Not good customer relations.

Hi Tony, sorry to hear that a similar experience has happened again regarding your account.

Maybe if you write (not email) to the Manager of Vivids Account and explain your situation and ask if a notation could be placed on your account in case the circumstances re-occur.
