My Plan & Usage

Hi Vivid,

This there any more reports or reporting tools in my account?

All I have is an orange bar that says my total usage which is pretty dissapointing... Even just a graph with usage broken down into hours or even days if posible would be nice?

Cheers
Daniel

The location I'm looking at is:

home » My Account » My Plan & Usage

Can someone else assist danieboy with info? How do y'all track your usage in detail? In past years I've used third-party tools to achieve that.

if you type "usage tracker" into google, theres heaps of third party programs you can get to track your daily usage.

You can send in an email to vividwireless aswell requesting they look into it. I guess if a lot of people want it, they'll do it

"Log in to 'My Account' at vividwireless.com.au/myaccount and choose 'my plan & usage'."

If there is anything further you need to know beyond what's available in that screen, then you would probably need to email vividwireless Accounts via: customersupport@vividwireless.com.au
