One month free access in exchange for 6 month contract

Last month around my biling time I was offered a month's free access if I signed up for a six month contract. I was told that the next account would be free yet I've just looked at my current bill and it's just the same monthly account, no credit for a month no nothing. I'm not pleased and now that I'm living in my own unit I'm no longer stuck with Vividwireess I can get a land line and go the cable broadband route for less money as well. Did I imagine the deal offered or has Vividwireless forgotten me ?

Tony, it sounds like a call to Vivids Account to discuss the matter. Were you on contract before?

In July when the network was down on the Eastern seaboard, Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra, I called Tech Support to enquire why I was unable to connect, I was told the problem. A few weeks later, Tech Support called me and told me for the inconvenience with the network that they would take $5 of my next account. So my account showed $30 instead of $35.

Tony, it could just be an oversight. There have been some staff changes recently and maybe something was overlooked. I would also encourage you to get in touch directly with them. If you can't get it resolved fairly quickly, email me (stephen.frost@frostbyte.com.au) and I can escalate it for you.

Tony, got your email ... hopefully by now you will have received a call back from someone at vividwireless to advise that all has been sorted out.

Thanks Stephen, one again you've come to the rescue, it is appreciated believe me. They went out of their way to help me in my predicament as will many accounts people if we explain our situation without jumping up and down.
VividWireless is OK in my books.
Cheers.
