Plan problem

I have recived an email indicating that I am on a monthly plan, but i am actually on pre-paid.

Um its ok they class you as having a plan if you direct debit from your bank account but if your on prepaid on the invoice show plan if you bought your modem from a store your not on a plan unless bought direct from vivid if in doubt ring them

You could also forward that email to Customer Support (customersupport@vividwireless.com.au) and ask them for an explanation.
