reactivate

when i try to put my pre paid on i log in than it say your plan has been close to reconnect please reactivate your service by following these simple steps. ive done that and still wont work.

I am sick of trying for the last 4 hours to start my account off I keep getting sent back to the start allthe time and getting no were your vivid is no good I am sick of it keep telling me my account is closed if I don't get any satisfaction u can have your modem back and I will go with do do

Sometimes they have outages of their sign-up portal, however I have not seen a recent notification about this sort of problem. I concur with Ozzcaddy that you'd need to talk to someone at vividwireless about this if you want to find out what the problem is.

I did have some issues with sign-up portal recently when I was trying to re-activate my account using Firefox. It kept stating that the session had expired. I then swapped to Edge and the portal worked correctly. So it is worth trying a different browser if the portal is not working for you.
