FAQ -- LTE -- Coverage Maps

Q. where have the Coverage Maps gone?

A. the old system (on the vividwireless website) of viewing a map indicating coverage for an address is no longer available. Instead you now search for your street address and get a binary answer: either you are In Coverage or you are NOT In Coverage.

IMPORTANT: this answer relates ONLY to coverage for an LTE modem (WiMAX modem users will need to talk to vividwireless Support to find out about coverage)

If further detail is needed:
e.g. some indication of how close to the edge of coverage you might be;
e.g the likely direction of your nearest tower(s);

then you will need to get in touch with vividwireless Support and ask them if they can get this information for you, as they do have access to additional detailed information that is not available generally from the vividwireless website.

Some weeks back someone posted the following URL and it is still functional if you want to look at WiMAX coverage (not LTE), however its accuracy is indeterminate (I don't know whether this is officially supported data or not) but it may be helpful to some:
