Average Daily Data Usage

I was wondering if you could all tell me what you would use in data on a regular day...

If I am just doing emails and browsing the internet without viewing videos, approx. 250Mb - 400Mb is a day.

I have Windows 10, that does its updates on the second Wednesday of each month then that data amount can double or triple in one day. On Wednesday just gone, was a large number of updates for Microsoft.

Then if you are viewing videos and streaming such as FoxtelNow, Stan, Netflix etc, your daily amount would be in the Gigabytes, and the amount depending if in Standard or HD viewing.

So it all depends on what you use the internet for, that will determine your daily data amount.

Hope that gives you some idea.
