As your post was about replacing the power adapter for the Wimax Home Gateway, that you have misplaced during moving house. My suggestions would be to firstly contact Vividwireless Sales 1300 32 78 37, and asked if they have any that you can purchase or if they have any spares laying around that they may offer gratis.

Secondly, look on EBay or Gumtree, for any that maybe selling their old Wimax Home Gateway (cheap), that you may obtain your power adapter that way. Not using the modem.

OR, maybe someone on the forum who has upgraded from Wimax to LTE, and have their Wimax Home Gateway laying around, may offer you the power adapter.

You also asked for the power adapter specs. The following are taken from my Wimax Home Gateway power adapter. Hopefully the information will assist you.
