Slow internet speed in St James. WA

Hi,

I have been using vivid since last March. I am quite upset with the performance of internet speed. On an average my download speed is 1.2 Mbps and in worst cases it goes down to 0.7 Mbps. In my part, I am using home gateway and having 3 signal bar.

In Wimax services I expected more speed. I can not even think of play IP TV where I have trouble to play YouTube sometimes.

Is there anything to do? The only solution come up in my mind is to terminate the contract.

Have you spoken with Tech Support - 1300 32 78 37 regarding your problem. If so, what did they say.
