Yeah look im in bayswater right on the border of maylands and for 2 weeks there was an outage which was supposed to be an upgrade. Well now since the upgrade my signal is worse. What the hell is going on because a month ago my connection was fine, so someone is pissing in my pocket. How do u guys give such a dodgey service for how much u charge? Also its bloody maylands, its 5km from the city ? How can u explain a shit signal ?

Oh and now when i search my address in tge coverage section on vividwireless website, it says im not in coverage and to register my interest. So i go from full signal to no coverage. I want reimbursement or some shit this is a joke

muzzbuzz, it looks like there has been a reconfiguration of the towers and therefore the coverage. You need to contact vividwireless and ask them about it. This can and does happen, although rarely.

A best case scenario is that they can tweak things for you and restore coverage. Worst case is that coverage is no longer available at your location. But you need to speak directly to them, and as soon as possible.

They will need to know your address (service location) and the IMEI of the modem.

@muzzbuzz,

Have been asked to advise you to check your connection. If still not connecting, power cycle the modem and hopefully that will have you connected.

There is a new notice for Maylands (Perth) - Unplanned Outage, but this appears to now been resolved, but haven't officially receive notification.
