I live in Lindum. I'm still having connectivity issues. When will this be fixed?

Firstly, is Lindum a new suburb? I tried looking for it on the Optus Network Status map and also Australia Postcode search, both failing to find the suburb.

There was no time given for how long this outage may last before its is resolved.
