4G dropping in and out - no signal - 6110

Have been having issues with the 4G dropping in and out today and no signal in Huntingdale 6110.
The Optus network site still shows a tower down/red but that's been like that for weeks but other towers seem fine.
Anyone else getting issues?!

Just checked that tower and the Status is as Follows:

We've identified a fault which means you might experience issues with voice and/or data at the moment. Our team are on to it, and aim to fix this as soon as possible. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

If you click on the tower in question, it will display the status and what services are affected. Sometimes they will provide a From & To Date of the outage.

Depending on your location to the other surrounding towers, if you are able to move the modem, you may connect to one of the other good towers. To verify that, you would need to login to the modem interface and note the current Cell Id, and check again after moving the modem to see if the Cell Id changes.

Other than that, you will just need to monitor the status of the tower during the day by clicking on the tower icon. Optus does update the status every few hours.

Also worth calling in to vividwireless support to find out what they know about the situation, so they know that something needs to be followed up and/or escalated.
