FIRMWARE Update Please


Can I please have my Home Gateway's Firmware updated?

I'm hoping that doing this may limit/stop all the dropouts I get...

You will need to speak with Tech Support (see below) and ask to have your Firmware updated and provide your MAC address. You may need to leave your Gateway on until the update is completed.

Perth Customers (local time):
Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 8am to 8pm.

Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney Customers (local time):
Monday to Friday 9am-10pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays from 9am-9pm.

If you have any trouble arranging this, let me know; I have a contact at vividwireless who used to be able to push this update out to individual customers for me, provided I was able to give him the MAC address of the modem. I am not sure whether he can still do this though ...
