iOS and Apple TV Netflix not streaming

I haven't been able to stream Netflix on my iPad, iPhone and Apple TV for a little while now and I'm at a bit of a loss as to what I can do. I can access the app ok and select a title but it loads for a while and refuses to play. An error pops up saying the title is unavailable right now and to try again later.

Everything else seems to be streaming ok on the devices and speed tests give results that should be adequate to stream Netflix, however they still don't work. Netflix also works fine on my laptop and xbox.

Any suggestions on what can be done?
I saw a similar post in the LTE forum which seemed to have the same problem. I'm wondering if a similar fix to the one there can be applied to fix my service?

I would suggest contacting Tech Support and report your issue, even though it might be on the Wimax Network. The more information the can receive from Customers, better chance in finding the problem.
