2 Home Gateways on the 1 account

I was wondering if it was possible to put 2 home gateways devices on the 1 account.

I dont expect to not pay for both of them i just want the convenience of managing the 2 devices under the 1 account.

I'm sure it's 1 account for 1 Gateway. Give Vividwireless Accounts a call and confirm.

As long as it's not an unlimited account, I don't see why not

It is unlimited. I have rung Vivid and they tell me its not possible.

I cant see why if you are paying for 2 seperate services in different locations why you cannot have them controlled under the one account.

Limitations of the IT system(s); I agree with you that it makes logical sense to allow it in the scenario you describe where you have two modems and are paying two bills.

It can be done on plans that aren't prepaid or Unlimited.

If you have multiple devices linked to an Unlimited plan, there's not much vividwireless can do to stop you on-selling their products/services, which I think is the main reason for the restriction.

Otherwise, you could pay $79 + ($10 * 4) and have five home gateways linked to the same Unlimited plan, and give four of them to a friend for say, $50 a month. You'd be making money of vividwireless' services, which isn't allowed in their terms of service.
