After migration Combining Optus Accounts

If we are already an Optus customer will we be able to merge the migrated vividwireless account into our existing account at Optus?

I've not heard anything along those lines. Good question. I don't know. I'll ask my contacts if they can shed any light on it and will post back hear if I get any useful info.

Well done by my contacts at vividwireless to get back to me at the weekend! They advise as follows:

The transfer process will attempt to merge existing accounts, though this will depend on the data held for both services.

To best assist this, please ensure that all personal data is the same in both "my account" areas.

I take this to mean, where possible, ensure that Name, Address, Phone and Email Address are identical in both your vividwireless and your Optus account before the transfer of service is done.
