deactivate on right time?

Not expecting much ex vivid customers to read this but...
Will I be charged all of month on my plan if I call vivid and deactivate beginning of a billing period?
Ideally I prefer deactivation only when happy with my adsl

I'm not really up with the accounts/billing procedures side of things, so recommend that you get in touch directly with vivid to find out what the options are...

braim to answer your question, yes , as per terms and conditions, we need a 7 day heads up notice so this thing wont happen

Just a heads up with this 7 days notice. I couldn't find it in a FAQ, I only found it by Googling Vividwireless and cancellation which lead to a post.

I got hit by this 7 day notice thing just today. I was holding out for my NBN installation which happened a couple of days before my next cycle was due. Called up to close my account and I have to pay for another month.. the gateway is currently just sitting in a box while I pay $59 for another month.
