Paid for $79 unlimited, got 12GB for 60 days...

Exactly as the thread title says...

I paid for $79 unlimited, and instead received 12GB quota for 60 days...

What on earth is going on? I bought both the USB modem and the credit from Dick Smith.

Saw your post on Whirlpool. =;^) Give vividwireless a call today and check it out with them. The number: 1300 32 78 37

Something has obviously gone wrong with their accounts/back-end system somewhere.

There's also possibility that the retailer gave you incorrect voucher.
$79 unlimited is a monthly plan, 12gb for 60 days is a pre-paid plan.

Monthly plan can't be purchased from the store but needs to be chosen from the activation page.

The store staff can only sell $79 for 12GB prepaid data voucher...
