Paying account online

I didnt have enough on my cc to pay my account when it was tried and i would now like to pay my account, how do i do this online?

I don't know.

I would suggest speaking with Support, as I would imagine the Accounts section would now be closed to speak to, until Monday (Public holiday tomorrow).

My best guess (because I also don't know!) is that the vividwireless billing system will auto-retry some time in the next few days.

This would be pretty standard practice for most companies. The credit card payment gateway would have returned a code to the billing system indicating "insufficient funds" and that would put it into the retry process.

But that is a guess. I'd also recommend double-checking with Accounts next week, or calling Support now if you want to try to get an immediate answer.
