I WANT A SIGNAL vivid you suck.

I live in morley and I have not getting signal for 4 days just a weak bar sometimes, what the frick is going on.????????

Firstly, there are no current outage notices for either Wimax or LTE modems.
As you are the only one that seems to have a problem, then it could be isolated to the tower that you connect to in Morley.

Which modem do you have (Old Wimax or New LTE)? Its important, as they both work on a different network. Have you tried moving the modem to see if the signal improves or not.

In the 4 days that the problem has existed, have you spoken with Tech Support? If you did, what did they say. If not, I would suggest you speak with them as they can look at your connection.

Have you been checking your emails? A lot of customers were contacted to tell them their address is going to be out of coverage after they made some network changes recently. I'd say you're likely to be one.

Probably a phone call will get you an answer, though. Or an email. Just, send it to vividwireless themselves, not the other users on the forum haha
