Been without internet for 3 days now. No Updates or information on resolution.

On the Optus Network map, shows the tower has a problem (Red icon). It is unknown when the problem began with the tower or when it will be resolved, as it is maintained by Optus.

I suggest you contact Tech Support and raise a ticket on the issue. They may know or not know about the problem. I would also ask for a credit for no internet access.
