This has been a week now. Can you tell us when our internet will be restored, if we should start looking at an alternative ISP and if we are going to be charged for the downtime?

The notice details above indicates the outage relates to Optus that has affected Vividwireless.

Until we receive further notification about the outage we have no idea of when it would be resolved.

You can speak with Tech Support who may have further information about the outage and you an opportunity to ask questions you may have.
