Hi,

Is there a status update on this?
We have been without internet since Thursday night and we are quite sure it is a service outage.
Have yet to hear from Vividwireless what the progress is on this project... Thank you!!

There has been no update on this outage. There is one tower in that area that has a problem, but there are other towers that I would expect your modem connect to.

You can check on the Optus Outage map via this link: https://www.optus.com.au/about/network/service-status
Click on the TAB - Outages and type in Address. If the tower icon is not green, click on the icon and it will display information.

I would suggest calling Vividwireless Support, as they may know something more or at least look at your connection.
