No connection

Hi, my modem's LAN symbol light is out, 4G is constantly showing a red light and no 4G signal. I am able to connect to the wifi but I can't access the internet. I've tried restarting the modem, reconnecting wifi on my device, and I even reset my modem. I've check the outage status and there is none in my area. Ive never had a problem until yesterday. Please help.

For a problem of that nature, you're really going to have to talk to vividwireless support first.

Could be a faulty modem? Could be some kind of account issue or modem registration issue? Could be a new tower fault that Optus have not yet recognised? Could be that your address is no longer in coverage due to tower reconfiguration of some kind?

Lots of possibilities, but you will need to speak with vividwireless support, so that they can methodically troubleshoot these sorts of things.
