Monday to Friday 9am-11pm (Eastern). Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays from 9am-10pm (Eastern).

If you click on the Outages tab, then search for Ferntree Gully, you will see that there are a bunch of towers (I counted up to 8 of them!) flagged in Orange colour, with indications that there is planned maintenance being done on them this coming week, upgrades and so on, so it is very likely that this is the reason.
