Outage of Service at Karana Downs Re-Commencing 02-03-19

After regaining service yesterday afternoon, following the approx. 37 hour loss, the service worked for 7 hours until approximately 20:30 AEST last night and is still out.

All closest 5 towers working (and I note a previous disruption in December was caused by the nearest tower at Mt Crosby which was being upgraded/maintained) and still, all mobile devices on Optus have normal service.

As I suggested, contact Vividwireless Support and raise a ticket, and mention about credit for the period that the internet was unusable.

At least by raising the ticket, the problem is on record.

Already raised a "ticket" however no further response from Vivid which is outside the 24-48 hours response time noted.

Further to the initial written advice, I contacted "Support" whom had no idea and escalated it yet again, no response which is also nearing 48 hours.
