Slow Internet

I have been getting between .56 mbps and 1.29 mbps . this evening i shouldnt even have to be paying for this.

A few questions:

* have you spoken to Tech Support yet and, if so, what did they advise?

* what location are you in? (postcode)

* have you checked the Optus network outages page here:
https://www.optus.com.au/about/network/service-status

(go to the Outages tab, search for your Postcode, see if there are any tower outages nearby, as this might cause you to end up on a different tower than usual, or might cause other people to end up on your tower)
