Vivid Wireless Issues with Kodi

Hi Team,

I am a new vivid customer. I activated my vivid last night and everything is perfect. Except -

With Kodi, my Kodi doesnt seem to have any problems, but ever since last night I cant get some of my add-ons to work. I even did a fresh install of Kodi and now I cant even add any add-ons at all.

Has this something to do with Vivid at all?

Anyone having the same issues?

I have zero knowledge of Kodi. I would suggest you speak with Vividwireless Tech Support as they will be the ones to know or find out.

Monday to Friday 9am-10pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays from 9am-9pm.

Perth Customers (local time):
Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 8am to 8pm.

Post back and let us know what Support have said, in case other customers may have the same or similar problems.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with Kodi either. I can see via Google that it is some kind of file streaming / media player thing. If you are able to get any kind of error log message which would give a clue as to what the problem might be, I'd be happy to try to help.

You could check to see what your public IP Address is, just in case it is in the 180.216.something range. In the past (going back some years admittedly) there were issues where some customers could not access particular sites due to router blocks against 180.216 addresses. Bit of a long shot, but worth considering and eliminating as a possibility.
