Wifi Not Working

Wifi light is on, status says "On" in gateway, full 4G signal, LAN working fine, but my phone or any other devices cannot find Wifi signal. Have tried power resets, factory reset - still no good.
Wifi signal will show up intermittently sometimes, but cannot be connected to with phone.

New modem time? Any ideas?

From the information you have provided, there could be a number of reasons to why you are having the problem. I would suggest that you contact Tech Support as they can diagnose your connection and if necessary, go through some testing at your end.

They can also answer whatever questions that you may have.

Post back with what they found and advise.
