WIFI so slow. Please HELP

Hello, my first time posting here. We have been using Vivid Wireless for 12 months now and it has never missed a beat. Since Friday it has been so slow and constantly buffering playing videos. I have powered off and back on and still the same. Looking at settings and they say:

Device status

RSRP: -113dBm (Poor)
RSRQ: -14dB (Good)
RSSI: -79dBm
SINR: -2dB (Poor)

Current connection
Received/Sent: 1.15 GB / 43.15 MB

I have no idea what the above stats mean but they are constantly changing from poor to moderate. I'm located on the Central Coast NSW. Please Help! Thanks

What is your actual Suburb/Postcode?

Central Coast is too general to do any checking.

Hi, the postcode is 2250 and the suburb is Matcham. I'm high on The Ridgeway so I'm not sure which tower I connect to? Thanks for the reply.

Thanks for the extra information, as The Ridgeway seems to wind around a long way.

I've had a look at the Optus Network Status map and it shows a tower with a problem near The Entrance Rd at Bateau Bay. Which is the closest tower to the Eastern part of The Ridgeway. If you are over near Lisarow, the towers seem fine.

If the tower at Bateau Bay is your nearest tower, then the modem will search for the next best signal. The further away from the tower, you will end up with a poor signal which is what is happening.

You can check the Optus Status map by clicking on this link https://www.optus.com.au/about/network/service-status

Click on the Outage tab and type in your suburb, NSW. Zoom in and out on the map so you can see what other towers are around you. There is no indication of how long the tower will be out. Optus maintains the towers for Vividwireless.

You can speak with Tech Support who can look at your connection and confirm which tower you are currently connecting to and what tower you normally connect to that gave you the best signal.

Thanks so much for the reply. Yes I'm on the eastern end of the Ridgeway. If I get a chance tomorrow I'll call them and let you know what they say...
