Worse than Dial up speeds and Drop outs

My internet nets speeds have been shocking lately, since Friday i have had speeds worse than a 28.8kbps modems and dropouts, cant even check the optus network status as it wont load. This is the third time in three months it has happened and always happens on a Friday night and doesn't get fixed till the next week. Please fix Vividwireless.

Have you spoken with Tech Support about it, if so, what did they say.

Monday to Friday 9am-10pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays from 9am-9pm.

Perth Customers (local time):
Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 8am to 8pm.

Saying that, it doesn't mean there is not a problem. Sometimes its customers who contact Tech Support that highlights a problem that they are not aware of. I would suggest that you speak with Tech Support and have them look at your connection. They will probably ask you to do the basic stuff of moving the modem to different locations in your home, if you can.
