Worst speed at Henry Street, Parramatta 2150

Hi

The speed at Henry Street, Parramatta 2150 has been worst for the last 15 days or so, I can see on the optus coverage map a red triangle at a mobile tower near me. Is it because of that?

Hi Mahesh,

There is so much happening in Parramatta going by the different coloured tower icons.

There are 3 Red Tower icons which indicates a problem with those towers. Additionally, there are 4 Amber icons which mean there is Planned Work being done or to be done. As well as, 2 more Amber icons on the northern side of Victoria Rd.

You can click on these icons for more information. The Planned work will show scheduled dates for the work, however, the red icons will show what is affected by the problem. All maintenance work is carried out by Optus, not Vividwireless.

In your case, as your problem has been going on for a long time, I would suggest you speak with Tech Support and ask for a credit for the days that you have had the problem.

Still a lot of work going on there, but only 1 red icon now instead of 3 so that's something.
